Pão segura marido


INGREDIENTES

MASSA:
  • 1 kg de farinha de trigo
  • 2 copos de leite morno
  • 1 copo de óleo
  • 1 colher (sopa) de fermento
  • sal a gosto
RECHEIO:
  • 250 g de presunto
  • 250 g de mussarela
  • molho de tomate
  • requeijão
  • orégano
MODO DE PREPARO
  1. Em um recipiente, misture o leite, o óleo, o fermento, o sal e um pouco de farinha
  2. Acrescente mais farinha aos poucos, misturando sempre até que a massa solte das mãos
  3. Deixe a massa descansar por 15 minutos
  4. Divida a massa e abra uma das partes em uma superfície limpa e seca
  5. Despeje uma camada de molho de tomate, cubra com presunto, mussarela, requeijão e orégano
  6. Dobre as beiradas da massa e enrole como um rocambole
  7. Faça o mesmo com a outra parte da massa
  8. Leve ao forno médio (180° C), preaquecido, por cerca de 20 minutos
